Ministries
Youth Activities
Youth Group
meets weekly at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday mornings in the
basement at 1700 West 10th Avenue, Broomfield, CO 80020.
Habitat for Humanity Support Group
Our mission is to support our local affiliate, Flatirons Habitat for Humanity in its efforts to provide affordable housing.
We raise money through sale of Safeway and King Soopers grocery certificates.
We send groups of volunteers to assist with construction of new homes.
Members also assist with administration and committee work
Daughters of the King
The mission of this order is the extension of Christ's Kingdom through Prayer, Service and Evangelism.
Meetings are usually the first Thursday of the month at 6:30
p.m.
Outreach
Reaching out to the people in our congregation, Lafayette,
and the rest of the world
- Mentoring of inmates at Boulder County Jail
- Support of Adoptive Families in Louisville, Lafayette and Erie
- Weekly bread ministry "Angels" to the Elderly home bound of Lafayette through Sister Carmen Center
- Community food distributions from "Santiago Cares" pantry box
- Support of homeless in Denver at St. Francis Center
- Prayer Outreach Group which meets at Lafayette Methodist Church
- Weekday Book Study - Wednesdays
- School Supplies for a gift to a school in Monrovia, Liberia. Bring
your items to the parish hall from now through Lent.
- Youth Group is currently signed up for
Souper Bowl of Caring on Super Bowl
Sunday
Special Collections for St. Francis Center and Sister Carmen
St. Francis Center needs men's socks and underwear, jeans (30-38 waist), XL T-shirts, Q-tips,
small lotions, mouth wash, plastic grocery bags, Vaseline, wash cloths.
Bring in donations also for Sister Carmen Center, in need
of toiletries and canned food items.
We are collecting school supplies for our gift to a school in
Monrovia, Liberia through Lent.
There are boxes for these in the parish hall on the North
wall.
